Workforce Development Coordinator – Spanish Preferred

Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Workforce Development Coordinator to support apprenticeship and training programs. You will coordinate with apprentices, instructors, and internal teams, track learner progress, maintain records, and ensure smooth program administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate with a large group of apprentices.
- Track training progress, curriculum completion, and required documentation.
- Manage onboarding and registration of apprentices.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and compliance.
- Communicate with apprentices and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with training partners and support ongoing program activities.




- Assist with process improvements and new initiatives.

Requirements
- Robust Spanish-speaking skills are highly preferred.
- Valuable English communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred: Experience in training administration, education, apprenticeship/workforce programs, CRM/LMS platforms, or customer/learner support.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
