About The Role
Even Hospitals is looking for a
proactive, patient-focused, and well-organized IP/OP Coordinator
to ensure smooth coordination of inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) services. The role will involve coordinating with patients, doctors, nursing teams, billing, diagnostics, insurance/TPA, and other hospital departments to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

OP Coordination
- Coordinate OP registrations, appointments, consultations, investigations, and follow-ups.
- Guide patients and attendants through the OP journey.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, and other departments.
- Monitor patient waiting time and ensure timely coordination.
- Address patient queries and escalate concerns when required.

IP Coordination




- Coordinate patient admissions, bed/room allocation, transfers, and discharges.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, insurance/TPA, diagnostics, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Track patients throughout their hospital journey and ensure pending requirements are followed up.
- Coordinate investigations, consultations, reports, and other patient requirements.
- Facilitate smooth and timely discharge processes.
- Ensure admission and discharge documentation is complete and accurate.

Patient Experience
- Act as a key point of contact for patients and attendants.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Ensure patients receive clear information regarding hospital processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team/manager.
- Maintain a high standard of patient service at all times.

Operations & Documentation
- Maintain daily IP/OP trackers, report
