Designation: USA Accountant/ Junior Manager/ Senior Executive

Experience: 3–7 years (depending on seniority)

Reporting to: DGM / Senior Manager- Finance

D. Job Summary:

The USA Accountant will manage the end-to-end accounting and reporting for the US operations. This includes handling US GAAP

accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. The role requires close collaboration with the US business team,

corporate finance, and auditors.

E. Key Responsibilities

 Maintain general ledger for US operations and ensure accurate entries

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP

 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation

 Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for US operations

 Support audit and tax filings, including preparation of schedules and reports for auditors

 Coordinate with corporate finance and business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis





 Implement and monitor internal controls for compliance and risk mitigation

 Prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS for decision-making

F. Qualification and Experience

 Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 3–7 years of experience in US accounting / US GAAP environment

 Exposure to multi-entity or multinational accounting is preferred

 Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)

G. Key Skills

 Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles

 Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit

 Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication skills to coordinate with business and finance teams

 High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines

 Experience working with remote teams and US business partners is preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
