Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage patient care, including admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans.
- Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Develop policies and procedures for clinical services delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- M.B.B.S. (Any Specialization) or BHMS - Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery degree required.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in hospital management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of clinical operations, cost management, team leadership, staff management, and hospital operations.
