government water infrastructure and civil construction projects
, including canals, minor irrigation tanks, earthen dams and associated infrastructure.

We are currently expanding our project operations in Pune and are looking for a
Site Civil Engineer
to join our team for a major
Pune Ring Road infrastructure project
.

Role Overview

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for the
day-to-day execution, supervision and quality control of civil construction activities at site
. The role requires strong practical knowledge of construction methodology, drawings, quantities, surveying, quality control and coordination with contractors, consultants and project management teams.





The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of assigned site activities and ensure that work is executed
safely, efficiently, as per approved drawings and specifications, and within the planned schedule
.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute works in accordance with
approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and method statements
.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, surveyors and site teams.
- Monitor
earthwork, excavation, embankment, drainage, road formation, concrete and associated civil works
.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate records of quantities and executed work.
- Interpret construction drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.
- Coordinate with the surveying team for
levels, alignment, coordinates and setting-out works
.
- Monitor material consumption, manpower, machinery and other site resources.
