Role Description

We're looking for a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable services using Golang. You'll be responsible for designing APIs, implementing business logic, and building reliable backend systems that support real production use cases.

This is a backend-first role — frontend experience is a bonus,



not a requirement. You will work directly with engineers, product managers, and designers to build and ship features that reach real users from day one. If you thrive in a results-oriented, ownership-driven environment and want to grow your technical depth, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain backend services using Golang or Nest
- Design and develop scalable REST APIs
- Implement authentication, authorization, and core business logic
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB)
- Use Redis for caching and performance optimization
- Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability
- Debug, test, and enhance backend systems
- Collaborate with frontend teams for API integrations
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Enterprise Deployment and hardening focus
- License Verification, Build Hardening, gRPC, signed images
