We are looking for a LinkedIn/other Lead Generation Executive who can identify and generate qualified B2B prospects for our SEO and Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
- Build targeted and accurate prospect lists based on industry, location, company size and business requirements.
- Identify key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Managers and Business Owners.
- Conduct personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
- Generate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Understand basic prospect requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and regularly update lead data in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Track outreach, responses, follow-ups,



meetings and opportunities.
- Meet daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Continuously research current industries, markets and potential client segments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation, B2B Lead Generation, Business Development or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Solid written and verbal English communication.
- Good knowledge of B2B prospect research.
- Ability to identify relevant decision-makers.
- Experience with personalized LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and consistent approach.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing is preferred.
