- Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
- Develop and execute customer engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
- Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, purchase history, and engagement.
- Create and manage email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, and other CRM campaigns.
- Develop customer journeys and automated communication workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
- Track key CRM metrics such as conversion rate, retention, repeat purchases, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and proper reporting.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular CRM performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce customer churn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
