About the Role

TeamLease is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Recruitment to manage the recruitment operations for the Asian Paints account. The Team Lead will be stationed at the client location and will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 6–7 Pan India Recruiters, ensuring timely closure of recruitment requirements and maintaining strong day-to-day coordination with the client.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team handling, client management, recruitment operations, stakeholder coordination, and target achievement.
- Manage and guide a team of 6–7 Pan India Recruiters handling recruitment for the Asian Paints account.
- Be stationed at the Asian Paints client location and act as the primary recruitment SPOC for day-to-day coordination.




- Understand client requirements and ensure timely allocation and execution of vacancies across locations.
- Conduct daily calls with the recruitment team to review progress, challenges, closures, and targets.
- Set transparent recruitment targets for the team and ensure 100% target achievement within defined timelines.
- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, sourcing activity, interview scheduling, and closures.
- Maintain regular daily communication and coordination with the client regarding recruitment status and requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Follow up with the client and internal stakeholders for candidate feedback and ensure timely closure of interview processes.
