Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Practice Leader with robust expertise across MarTech, AdTech, AI/GenAI, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Digital Transformation within the Life Sciences and Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading large-scale digital programs, building Digital/MarTech practices, driving AI-enabled content generation and personalization initiatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes for pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, and regulated industry clients. This role will lead strategic consulting, solution architecture, AI-driven marketing transformation, and enterprise delivery programs across customer engagement, omnichannel content operations, digital experience platforms, data & AI ecosystems, and cloud modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define strategic vision, capability roadmap, accelerators, reusable frameworks,



and GTM offerings for Digital Experience and AI-enabled marketing transformation. • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including architects, AI engineers, program managers, data engineers, MarTech specialists, and consulting teams. • Drive practice growth through solution development, pre-sales support, strategic proposals, and executive client engagement. • Establish delivery governance, operational excellence, KPIs, risk management, and value realization frameworks.

MarTech, CX & Omnichannel Transformation
