We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join the Tall Mount Publishing team. The candidate should have a positive eye for design, typography, composition, and visual storytelling, with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional publishing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing book covers, layouts, promotional materials, social media creatives, and marketing content.
- Work on print and digital design projects according to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the publishing, editorial, and marketing teams.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all visual materials.

Skills & Requirements:
- Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Canva,



or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, colours, layouts, and visual composition.
- A creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant academic/project experience are welcome.
- Most importantly, a willingness to learn, improve, and grow with the team.
