Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of technical accountants to provide high-quality financial advisory services to clients.
- Develop and implement effective accounting strategies, policies, and procedures for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that drive growth.
- Provide expert guidance on US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) compliance.
Job Requirements :
- 12-22 years of experience in technical accounting or related field.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Proven track record in leading teams and developing successful client relationships.
- Exposure working on business combination, stock based compensation, revenue recognisation, lease accounting etc
