Job Title - Servicenow Developer

Location - Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

Experience - 7 + years

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirement:
- Develop detailed technical designs, write/review code, assess application impacts, and ensure ServiceNow coding standards, governance, best practices, and reusability.
- Lead technical delivery of enhancements from design through coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop integrations across subsystems, troubleshoot production incidents, resolve defects, and support BAT/UAT.
- Collaborate with Platform Administrators, QA, Business teams, and Product Owners; provide estimates, status updates, documentation, and technical guidance.
- Participate in SDLC, Agile development, code reviews, testing, defect triage, configuration management, and knowledge transfer.




- Mentor junior developers and provide technical support during testing and production.

Mandate Skills / Must-Have
- 10+ years hands-on technical experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Solid experience with *ServiceNow Platform, including **APM/CSDM, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Demand Management.
- Strong understanding of Application Portfolio Management (APM), Integration Hub, and third-party integrations.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA); CIS certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, and production incident resolution* skills.
- Good understanding of Agile Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL 4
- Strong *verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial services experience preferred.
