Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify the most suitable applicants for each role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for managing candidate applications.
- Excellent client coordination skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in sourcing profiles through various channels including job boards, social media platforms.
