Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Back Office & Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, order processing, customer communication, and sales-related administrative activities.

The candidate will act as a link between the Sales Team, Customers, Purchase Team, Accounts Team, and Management to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, enquiries, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily and monthly sales reports.




- Track pending enquiries and follow up for order conversion.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for product availability and dispatch.
- Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers.

Back Office Operations
- Maintain customer and product databases.
- Handle routine documentation and data entry work.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports and other management reports.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and customer documents.
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices, payments, outstanding amounts, and GST-related documents.
- Coordinate internally to resolve customer/order-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of data in Excel/ERP/CRM systems.

Customer Coordination
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide customers with product availability, pricing, quotation, and order-status information
