Role & responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement - Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual offline sales targets across assigned territories and channels.
- Sales Team Management - Lead, motivate, and monitor the field sales team to ensure target achievement, productivity, market coverage, and effective execution.
- Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to improve revenue, market share, product penetration, and channel performance.
- Market & Competitor Analysis - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, customer preferences, and distribution practices to identify business opportunities.
- Collection & Receivables Management - Monitor outstanding payments and work closely with distributors, customers, and finance teams to ensure timely collections and reconciliation.




- Sales Reporting & Forecasting - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, target achievement updates, market feedback, and performance reports for management.
- Customer Escalation Management - Resolve distributor, retailer, and customer complaints or escalations promptly while maintaining strong and professional business relationships.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Coordinate with finance, logistics, operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, collections, and timely delivery.
- Team Training & Development - Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, market execution, negotiation, customer handling, and company processes.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making - Respond quickly to market challenges and operational issues, taking practical decisions that protect customer relationships and support business growth.
