We are looking for an experienced Treasury Product Owner with robust expertise in Treasury Management, Banking, Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity, and Financial Products. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision and roadmap, managing the product backlog, gathering business requirements, and working closely with Treasury, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and business-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Treasury processes and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product features and user stories.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Treasury product vision, strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle.

Gather and analyze requirements from Treasury, Finance, Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog based on business value, regulatory requirements,



risks, and technical dependencies.

Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure successful product delivery.

Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization sessions.

Act as the Treasury Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product development and implementation.

Define product KPIs and measure product performance, adoption, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Coordinate product releases, testing, implementation, deployment, and post-production support.

Identify opportunities for process automation, digital transformation, cost reduction, and operational improvements.

Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners where required.

Ensure Treasury products comply with applicable regulatory, security, risk, and governance requirements.
