Job Description – Meta Ads Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, performance analysis, and lead optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta Business Manager and Ads Accounts.
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Monitor lead quality and optimize campaigns to improve conversions.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives, headlines, and copy.




- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Robust understanding of Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and achieving CPL/CPA targets.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, and Events Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the education/ed-tech sector will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality leads generated.
- Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Lead-to-admission/sales conversion rate.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), where applicable.
- Campaign performance and budget efficiency.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
