Role Overview :

We are hiring a GeM Executive to manage day-to-day operations across our GeM (Government e-Marketplace) seller accounts and company accounts. The role covers end-to-end order execution — order processing and dispatch, catalogue management, invoicing, and DSR/accounts updates — along with buyer coordination and bid support on the GeM portal.

Key Responsibilities

● Process and dispatch confirmed orders on the GeM portal daily; keep order status current.

● Maintain the daily DSR (order tracker) orders, dispatch, expenses, and payments, updated same-day.

● Generate GST-compliant invoices in Tally for each order; verify HSN codes and GST rate (CGST/SGST vs IGST).

● Maintain company account books in Tally — sales, purchases, and basic ledger entries.





● Call and follow up with customers/buyers for pending payments as per the follow-up schedule.

● Monitor the GeM portal for current bid opportunities and support bid filing (training provided).

● Create and update product catalogue listings on GeM — specifications, pricing, and images.

● Track GeM notifications, bid deadlines, and order amendments; ensure nothing is missed.

● Coordinate with the purchase/operations team on product availability, delivery timelines, and dispatch documentation.

● Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, catalogue updates, and buyer communications.

● Handle buyer queries on the GeM portal and provide timely status updates.

● Keep monthly pending collections and DSR errors at zero; flag discrepancies immediately.

● Identify new leads and potential buyers through the GeM portal and government channels.

● Conduct market research to secure the best purchase price from suppliers before each order.
