Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of residential building projects. The ideal candidate must have 20+ years of experience, with proven track record in Government residential projects and end-to-end handling of both technical and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Overall planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of residential building projects from inception to handover.

Government Projects: Liaison with government departments, clients, and consultants for approvals, inspections, billing, and compliance.

Site Management: Supervise all site activities, manpower, subcontractors, material, and ensure quality, safety, and timelines.

Technical Oversight: Review drawings, BOQ, structural designs, and ensure execution as per technical specifications and IS codes.

Cost & Contract Management:



Monitor project costs, prepare MIS reports, handle contracts, RA bills, and variations.

Quality & Safety: Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure adherence to safety norms on site.

Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, and other site staff.

Client Coordination: Regular coordination with client, consultants, and senior management for progress updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. M.Tech / preferred.

Experience: Minimum 20+ years in construction, with at least 5-7 years in Project Manager role.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Government Residential Housing Projects - PMAY, 2BHK, G+3/G+5, etc.Solid experience in Mivan, RCC structures, finishing works, site coordination, and billing.Thorough knowledge of government norms, tender conditions, and documentation.Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office.Skills RequiredStrong le
