Role Overview (Summary)
This is a
high-ownership Paid Media Specialist role
where you’ll manage
3–5 B2B SaaS accounts end-to-end
.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Strategy, execution, and optimization
- Driving pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Using AI tools and workflows daily

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads
- LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
- Reddit Ads, X (Twitter) Ads
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing aligned to revenue goals




- Build and refine audience segments:
- Intent-based, firmographic, ABM lists, retargeting, lookalikes
- Ensure accurate tracking:
- Conversion tracking, UTMs, CRM integration
- Develop full-funnel strategies tied to pipeline and revenue
- Run structured experiments (A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding)
- Analyze performance across channels and reallocate budgets based on impact
- Use AI tools for: Ad copy, research, analysis, and optimization
- Automate reporting and repetitive workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Copy, Creative, SEO, RevOps)
- Participate in client calls with insights and recommendations

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Launching and scaling campaigns across:
- Google, Microsoft (Bing), LinkedIn, Meta
- Reddit and X (yes, we experiment where others don’t)
- Managing budgets, bids, and pacing tied to revenue goals
- Building smart audiences:
- Intent-based, ABM lists, retargeti
