Role & responsibilities

Generate new business through field visits, references, networking, and digital leads. • Meet homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, electricians, and channel partners. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home automation solutions. • Conduct live product demonstrations and explain the perks of Maru Smart Home products. • Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process. • Follow up consistently with leads until closure. • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. • Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, installations, and after-sales support. • Attend exhibitions, trade events, and networking meetings to generate business. • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Confident presentation abilities. • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.



• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM software, and email. • Willingness to travel for client meetings. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). • 1 to 3 years of sales experience. Experience in electrical products, electronics, automation, consumer durables, or real estate is an advantage. • Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Monthly sales achieved • Qualified leads generated • Client meetings and product demonstrations conducted • Proposal-to-order conversion ratio • Customer satisfaction and repeat business • New channel partners and referral sources developed
