Sales Leadership & Strategy:

 Drive overall sales performance across current, demo, and pre-owned (Mercedes-Benz Certified) vehicles by developing and executing robust strategies aligned with Mercedes-Benz India’s business objectives.

 Lead the sales team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as volume, conversion ratios, and market share.

 Foster a high-performance culture through effective team leadership, performance management, and ongoing professional development.

 Implement and monitor corporate sales & plan on activations to increase penetration.

Market & Customer Development

 Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to proactively refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 Build and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring market penetration and expanding the Franchise Partner’s customer base within the assigned Area of Operations.

 Represent the Franchise Partner and the Mercedes-Benz brand,



enhancing the company's presence and fostering long-term business relationships in the region.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

 Oversee and continuously optimize sales-related business processes to ensure operational efficiency & process adherence to Mercedes-Benz brand standards including adherence to the Retail of the Future (ROTF) model as per Mercedes-Benz India guidelines.

 Ensure service, quality, and safety standards are consistently met, while delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Data-Driven Execution:

 Utilize market intelligence and data analytics to shape sales planning, identify growth opportunities for model wise sales, and outperform competitive benchmarks.

 Formulate actionable strategies using data-driven insights and advanced sales methodologies in full compliance with Mercedes-Benz India’s operating framework.
