Role & responsibilities
- Prepare AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with civil, structural and MEP engineers.
- Assist in quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Assist in concept design, planning and detailed drawings.
- Lead architectural planning and design of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review concept, working and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and government departments.
- Manage project schedules, design quality and site execution.
- Review BOQs, specifications and tender documents.
- Guide junior architects and drafting teams.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, local by-laws and statutory approvals.
- Support preparation of DPRs, master plans and project presentations.

Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, MS Office and Photoshop/Lumion (preferred).
- Positive communication and teamwork.
