Role Description:

The Accounting Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in
China

. The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports. This role will manage journal entries, general ledger activities, reconciliation processes, and fixed asset accounting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. The Accounting Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide financial insights to leadership to guide business decisions. The role also includes supervising accounting staff, streamlining processes, and supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and finance, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.




- Experience in International Accounting.
- Proficiency in journal entries (accounting) and general ledger management, including reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Experience with fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.]
- Experience in managing accounting operations within retail, manufacturing, or fashion industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members, work collaboratively across departments, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
