Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy BMC Remedy ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using Perforce workflows.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Remedy's reporting tools to provide insights into IT service performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to BMC Remedy implementation, configuration, and data migration.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in developing BMC Remedy ITSM solutions.
- Robust understanding of IT services management principles and practices (ITIL).
- Proficiency in developing custom workflows using Perforce or similar tools.
- Experience with report development using Remedy's reporting tools.
