Position Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our IT Software & Hardware division.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure.
This is an immediate joiner position for someone who can independently handle business growth and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in software and hardware sales.
- Visit corporates, schools,



and institutions to pitch solutions and close deals.
- Manage complete sales cycle lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue projections.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
- Excellent understanding of IT products (hardware & software).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with client visits and field sales.
