About the Role

Avconexpo Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a
Business Development & Marketing Executive
to support our business growth, market outreach, client engagement, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a combination of
business development, market research, digital marketing, client relationship management, and communication skills
.

The role will involve supporting both
new business generation and existing client relationship management
, while contributing to Avconexpo's overall marketing and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
market research
to identify potential industries, companies, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
- Research and accumulate relevant
client and market data
and maintain organized databases.
- Support
B2B lead generation
through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage professional
email marketing campaigns
, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with
existing and prospective clients, associates,



and business partners
.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain and update
CRM records
, lead status, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline information.
- Assist in preparing
company profiles, proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials
.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities to improve Avconexpo's online presence and market visibility.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for marketing campaigns, social media content, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client outreach, marketing activities, and business development progress.
- Support the Business Development team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
