Key Responsibilities

Influencer Research & Outreach
- Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in influencer outreach, communication, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain creator databases and outreach trackers.
- Research emerging creators, content trends, and industry opportunities.

Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with creators to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Assist in managing campaign timelines, follow-ups, and communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and views.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and performance summaries.
- Organize campaign data and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team in gathering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Industry Research & Growth




- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and creator economy developments.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging influencer opportunities.
- Contribute ideas that can help improve campaign effectiveness and agency growth.

Who We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy.
- Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and online research tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a fast-paced startup workplace.
