As a Senior Developer, Full Stack , you will play a key role in driving Danfoss' digital transformation by designing, developing, and supporting scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications, modern digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using up-to-date web and cloud technologies.
- Lead the technical implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.
- Develop and document technical designs, APIs, and software solutions that support enterprise and customer-facing applications.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues while driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews, testing,
CI/CD processes, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable and secure solutions.
- Support cloud-based application development and integration leveraging Azure services and modern DevOps practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with global stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and ensure successful solution delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and modern software development practices.
- Experience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cosmos DB, and API testing tools.
- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps,
