Position: US Healthcare RCM Specialist

Experience: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of US healthcare insurance billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Hands-on experience with telehealth billing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, modifiers and POS codes.
- Experience handling insurance denials and appeals.
- Strong AR follow-up and insurance calling experience.
- Experience working with US insurance payers such as UHC, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, etc.
- Experience using payer portals such as Availity and other payer websites.
- Knowledge of claim clearinghouses and electronic claim submission.
- Ability to read and understand EOBs/ERAs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
