Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

 Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.

 Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.

 Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Sales Coordination

 Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.

 Process order confirmations.

 Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and order documentation.

 Track pending orders and ensure on-time delivery.

Digital Marketing Support

 Coordinate digital marketing campaigns for bakery products.





 Prepare and schedule content for social media platforms.

 Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

 Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback on campaign performance.

 Assist in maintaining the company website and online product catalogues.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Support, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.

Required Skills

 Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.

 Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
