Responsibilities:
- Handle branch walk-in customers and explain Gold Loan products.
- Generate new customers and business through references and local activities.
- Process Gold Loan applications and complete KYC documentation.
- Coordinate with Gold Appraisers for loan processing.
- Follow up with existing customers for renewals and repayments.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Achieve monthly sales/business targets.
- Support day-to-day branch operations.

Requirements:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers can apply – First Preference
- 0–2 years experience in NBFC / Banking / Finance / Retail Sales is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a branch environment.

Pay: ₹15,632.49 - ₹20,017.72 per month
