Key Responsibilities:
- Define and develop user personas, user journeys, and user flows to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create high-fidelity user interface designs and clickable prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD to communicate design intent.
- Lead and participate in user research activities and usability testing, applying insights to iterate and refine designs.
- Manage requirements gathering to ensure UX design solutions align strongly with client and business goals.
- Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge and ownership of the User Experience design process, from discovery and research through to design delivery and validation.
- Engage effectively in client interaction and stakeholder management, presenting design ideas clearly and incorporating feedback constructively.




- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Maintain proficiency in leading UX design tools and stay updated on emerging design trends and best practices.

Desired Expertise:
- Strong hands-on skills with Figma and/or Adobe XD for prototyping and UI design.
- Practical experience with user research methods and user testing techniques to validate design decisions.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into easy, elegant user-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
