Experience Required: 3–4 years

Support procurement and purchase activities for construction materials and site requirements, with working knowledge of civil/construction items and Tally for purchase entries.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle procurement of construction materials, tools, and site consumables as per project requirements.





● Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate rates, and place purchase orders with vendors.

● Coordinate with site engineers/store staff to understand material requirements and specifications.

● Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and material delivery schedules in Tally.

● Track material inward/outward, follow up on pending deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.

● Verify bills/invoices against POs and coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments.

● Maintain vendor database and support in identifying new suppliers for competitive pricing.

Requirements

● B.Com or equivalent degree.

● 3–4 years of purchase/procurement experience, preferably in the construction/civil industry.

● Working knowledge of civil construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) is required.

● Hands-on knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP/Tally Prime) for purchase entries.

● Good negotiation, coordination, and vendo
