Role Description
As an Outreach Intern at LockedIn, you will support efforts to grow and engage the community of engineers using the platform. This internship is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to student groups and professional communities, responding to inquiries from prospective users, assisting with informational sessions or events, and supporting communication campaigns across email and social channels.



You will help gather feedback from users, maintain basic records of outreach activities, and collaborate with the team to improve awareness and engagement with LockIN’s offerings.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally in spoken and written interactions.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to support users, build relationships with partners, and represent the platform positively.
- Research and Writing skills to identify relevant communities, prepare outreach materials, and document insights from engagement activities.
- Interest in career development, technology, or engineering education, and willingness to learn about recruitment in BIG tech companies.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid workplace in Bengaluru, manage time independently, and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree
