JOB TITLE: Design and BOM Structure Support Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY

The position of Packaging Design and BOM Structure Engineer is responsible for supporting packaging development, manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM) structure ownership, design team administrative data activities, and related engineering administration for NVH Solutions. This role leads MBOM structure responsibilities, supports purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related administrative coordination, maintains EBOM and Oracle Form system data, supports Active Workspace maintenance specification and EBOM setup, and provides IMDS and quality support to ensure compliance, accurate product data, and efficient execution of packaging and engineering processes. The position works closely with engineering, purchasing, quality, and operations teams to maintain data integrity, support program execution, and improve cross-functional responsiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities

Own and maintain MBOM structure activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness,



and alignment with manufacturing requirements.

Create, review, update, and manage manufacturing bill of materials data to support production, engineering changes, and program launches.

Coordinate packaging design requirements to support product protection, manufacturability, logistics efficiency, and plant needs.

Provide design team administrative data analysis and entry support to maintain accurate engineering and product data records.

Maintain EBOM data and Oracle Form system records to support engineering documentation, product structure accuracy, and system integrity.

Support Active Workspace maintenance specification updates and EBOM setup activities for current and revised programs.

Support the creation and processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related administrative tasks in coordination with internal stakeholders.
