We are looking for an experienced
Senior Accounts Executive
with strong accounting, GST/TDS compliance, reconciliation, and statutory knowledge.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, vouchers, bills, receipts & payments

• Handle GST, TDS and monthly statutory compliance

• Manage bank, ledger, debtor & creditor reconciliation

• Handle NEFT, RTGS, cheques and cash transactions

• Manage payroll, PF, wages and salary documentation

• Prepare quotations and purchase orders using Busy

• Assist with finalisation of accounts, balance sheets and financial reporting

? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field

•
3–5 years of accounting experience

•
Mandatory: Agency experience in PR, Communications or Creative industry

• Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP, GST & TDS

• Experience with
Busy Software
and MS Office/Google Workspace

• Strong reconciliation and reporting skills

• Secure career history with good tenure

• Good English communication skills
