Role Overview

Gowitek is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to convert identified, warm and actively pursued accounts into qualified sales meetings.

This is not a mass lead-generation role. You will work with a defined list of target accounts where Gowitek already has a connection, prior engagement, referral, intent signal or ongoing outreach. Your responsibility is to identify the right stakeholders, initiate meaningful conversations and secure meetings for the sales leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound pursuit across assigned target accounts.
- Connect with decision-makers through calling, LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
- Use existing account context,



relationships and engagement history to personalise outreach.
- Navigate accounts to identify the right business, technology and operational stakeholders.
- Conduct structured follow-ups until a meeting is secured or the account is qualified out.
- Build credibility by clearly positioning Gowitek’s AI, automation, analytics and digital transformation capabilities.
- Qualify prospects based on business need, relevance, authority and potential prospect.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for founders and sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups and account status in the CRM.
- Work closely with leadership to refine account strategy, messaging and next steps.
- Re-engage dormant conversations and convert warm relationships into active opportunities.

Success Metrics
- Qualified meetings secured from assigned accounts.
- Conversion rate from connected prospect
