Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing team. The person will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, promoting services, and achieving organizational growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.
- Set monthly and quarterly targets for team members and monitor performance.
- Generate recent leads and identify potential customers/referral sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, institutions, and other partners.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, promotional, and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with the hospital/operations team to promote services and special programs.
- Organize health camps, promotional events, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
- Track marketing expenses and ensure effective use of the marketing budget.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
- Analyze campaign results and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Ensure the marketing team follows organizational policies and professional standards.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop marketing executives when required.
- Assign daily/weekly responsibilities and territories to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support team members in achieving individual and department targets.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and effective communication within the department.
