About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Google Ads & Performance Marketing Manager
to take ownership of our paid acquisition and Google Ads function.

This is
not a campaign-execution-only role
.

We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing as a
revenue and growth function
and can independently manage strategy, media buying, campaign scaling, tracking, attribution, optimization and performance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience scaling
D2C or e-commerce brands through Google Ads
, managing significant advertising budgets and improving key business metrics such as
CAC, ROAS, revenue and profitability
.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads & Paid Acquisition
- Own the end-to-end Google Ads strategy for the brand.
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Develop campaign structures based on products, categories, locations, audiences and business objectives.
- Manage keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bidding and audience targeting.




- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Scale advertising spend while maintaining healthy CAC, ROAS and profitability.
- Identify current opportunities across products, audiences, geographies and campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance and business data.

Google Shopping & Performance Max
- Manage and optimize Google Shopping campaigns.
- Own Performance Max campaign strategy and scaling.
- Manage Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
- Identify product-level performance opportunities.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, feeds and campaign structures.
- Monitor search terms, product performance, asset performance and conversion data.

Tracking & Analytics
- Own Google Ads conversion tracking and attribution.
- Ensure accurate implementation of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Monitor tracking across Google Ads, Shopify, website and CRM.
- Identify and resolve discrepancie
