About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Project Manager to manage the execution of residential interior projects from site initiation to final handover. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, production, logistics, subcontractors,, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and with excellent customer satisfaction. This aligns with current APM responsibilities in residential interior project execution.

Key Responsibilities.
- Study work orders, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules before execution.
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities as per project timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before installation.
- Mark and verify electrical, plumbing, gas, and other service points wherever required.




- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Vendors, and Installation Teams.
- Ensure materials received at site match the approved work order, BOQ, and material checklist.
- Supervise carpenters, installation teams, subcontractors, and other site workers.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, and quality at every stage.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues involving civil, electrical, plumbing, modular furniture, and installation works.
- Ensure availability of required manpower, materials, tools, and resources at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update project status to the concerned management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate corrective actions for quality issues.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
