We're hiring a specialist who has spent the last five years doing email marketing — not someone who ran email as one channel among six. You'll own lifecycle and outbound email end to end for our clients, including a US-based B2B consultancy where email is the primary revenue channel. Deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation logic, and cold-outreach sequencing are the core of this job, not a side task.

What you'll own
- Build, QA, and ship campaigns and automated sequences (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, outbound prospecting)
- Run campaign operations inside Monday.com — lead boards, status pipelines, automations, and handoffs between outreach and sales follow-up
- Own deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, inbox placement, blocklist monitoring, sender reputation, bounce and spam-complaint management
- Segment and maintain lists — suppression logic, hygiene, re-permission, data enrichment
- Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, sender names, send timing, and CTAs; report on what actually moved reply and conversion rates, not just opens
- Write and edit email copy,



and build responsive templates (HTML/CSS or drag-and-drop builders)
- Set up tracking and attribution so email-sourced pipeline is measurable
- Keep campaigns compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR

What we require
- 5+ years in a role where email marketing was your primary responsibility
- Hands-on experience with Constant Contact and/or Brevo — you've built, segmented, and sent from these platforms yourself, not watched someone else do it
- Working experience with Monday.com — boards, columns, statuses, and automations. You should be able to set up a lead pipeline and connect it to your outreach without hand-holding
- Familiarity with at least one additional ESP or outbound tool (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar)
- Demonstrable command of deliverability — you can explain a DMARC record and what you'd do if inbox placement dropped 30% overnight
