The successful candidate will join a very small team, of only:

You ( the *Digital Storyteller* ),

Me ( the *Team Leader* ),

and the *Audience Researcher.*

The team will operate online exclusively.

It will meet at 11am Indian time daily.

It will operate using SCRUM methodology - which means the team will be fast-paced and intentional in everything it does.

*To engage with specific communities in the UK - and develop a brand of trust - in order to market products and services for them to purchase.*

Videos we make will be curated and intentional. They will be heavily influenced by research done by the *Audience Researcher*.





Filming will be done in the UK with myself as the face of the brand.

The successful candidate to this *Digital Storyteller* role will have full creative oversight. YOU will be the brain behind our success.

Work in close partnership with myself - Sami Francillon - to plan, film and edit videos. There will be a high focus on engaging scenes, music / audio effects, and storytelling.

You will also be the brain behind the visual design of everything we do. That means you will be designing graphics for social media too, as well as other creative tasks…

The team will be small and highly agile, so tasks will vary. But be assured that your wellbeing will be my priority.

I will be under your creative direction, and I will be present to support you.
