Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to support the admissions and business growth of Green Trends Academy. The role will primarily involve counselling prospective students, handling enquiries and leads, explaining academy courses, conducting follow-ups, converting leads into admissions, coordinating with the training team and maintaining accurate admission and lead trackers.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Admissions




- Handle enquiries from prospective students through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand students' career interests and recommend suitable Green Trends Academy courses.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, eligibility, career opportunities and placement support.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and address student/parent queries.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain a skilled and positive student experience throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Lead Management & Follow-up
- Manage leads received through digital campaigns, walk-ins, references and other sources.
- Maintain accurate lead status such as new, contacted, interested, follow-up, converted and lost.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospective students.
