About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and streamline revenue operations. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal operations—managing order processing, maintaining CRM data, preparing sales documentation, and resolving client inquiries to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming sales orders, verify customer details, and track order fulfillment through delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing quotes, and sharing status updates.
- Maintain, update, and audit lead records and deal pipelines within the CRM system.
- Coordinate schedule logistics, appointments, and client presentations for sales managers and field executives.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue projections, and meeting summaries for management review.
- Draft formal sales proposals, price quotations, contracts, and commercial tender documents.
- Liaise with inventory, logistics,



and finance departments to resolve billing, dispatch, or stock discrepancies.
- Collect and consolidate customer feedback to help improve overall service delivery and sales workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service administration.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric orientation.
- Robust organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of basic sales performance metrics, order-to-cash processes, and commercial terminology.
