Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM + OIC Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The candidate should have strong implementation experience and the ability to work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work on integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party/external applications.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with HCM data extracts, HDL/HSDL and other Fusion HCM technical components.
- Develop and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare technical design documents.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and support UAT activities.




- Troubleshoot integration and technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with HCM Functional Consultants and business teams.
- Support implementation, deployment and post-go-live activities.
- Ensure integrations follow Oracle technical standards and best practices.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle technical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical.
- Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Mandatory experience in at least one Oracle Fusion HCM implementation project.
- Robust knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services and APIs.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL and Fusion HCM data/integration processes.
- Experience with BI Publisher / OTBI is preferred.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and business processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
