Pre-sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Pre-sales Engineer to work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers to understand requirements, deliver technical demos, execute POCs, and design cloud migration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer-focused technical product demos.
- Plan and execute migration POCs from start to customer validation.
- Design migration strategies for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Box, Dropbox, Egnyte, and on-premises systems.
- Gather requirements and recommend suitable migration solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical and migration issues during evaluations.
- Support RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer requirements and feature requests.
- Create migration guides, technical documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.




- 2–4 years of experience in Pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Cloud Support.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Slack.
- Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and cloud authentication.
- Knowledge of cloud migration and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Robust communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.

Preferred
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Azure certifications.
- PowerShell or scripting experience.
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Google Drive API, Box API, Postman, Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of networking and identity management.
