About the Job:

We are looking for an energetic and honest person to help us run our shop and grow our business. Your main job is to be the connection between the business owner and the shop floor. We need someone who is excellent with people, cares about making daily progress, and knows how to get things done.

​What You Will Do Every Day:

​Communicate & Execute: Talk directly with the owner to understand the goals for the week, and make sure those actions actually happen on the ground.

​Guide the Team: Make sure the shop staff are active and completing their daily checklists. You will guide the staff to use their strengths in basic selling and racket restringing to help customers.

​Keep the Store Sharp: Ensure the store looks excellent by checking that staff wipe down the cricket bats and meticulously dust the racket strings.

​Track Results: Count the stock, record our daily sales, and give the owner a simple, honest report of what is working and what is not.

​Solve Problems:



Be the go-to person when customers have issues or when the staff needs direction.

​What We Are Looking For:

​Good with People: You know how to talk nicely to customers and how to firmly but fairly lead a team.

​Action-Oriented: You do not like sitting around. You care about progress and always look for ways to make the shop better.

​Trustworthy: You are honest with money, time, and reporting results.

​Clear Communicator: You can understand instructions easily and explain them simply to others.
