Position: Head Plant Operations & Supply Chain

Qualification: Engineering Graduate – preferably Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Sourcing, Production, PPC, Inventory, Stores and Quality operations.
- Develop and qualify vendors for machined, fabricated, electrical, pneumatic and bought-out components.
- Drive supplier quality, delivery reliability, lead-time and cost improvements.
- Develop alternate sources and appropriate Make/Buy strategies.
- Own production planning and execution across multiple machine families.
- Improve productivity, throughput, utilisation and manufacturing capacity.
- Establish inventory norms and strengthen material planning and traceability.
- Own the end-to-end quality system covering supplier quality, incoming inspection, storage, assembly, testing and final machine acceptance.
- Drive DFMA, DFMEA, value engineering, component standardisation and part rationalisation in collaboration with Design/Product Building.




- Review drawings, tolerances, materials, specifications and vendor manufacturing capabilities.
- Build scalable manufacturing systems and reduce dependence on individual employees.
